Delivery & Returns
First Choice Expedition Foods delivers products worldwide, unfortunately, due to import restrictions we cannot deliver to the USA or Australia.
First Choice Expedition Foods delivers online orders at a basic rate of £4.85
For export orders, we will advise shipping costs before processing your order.
- Delivery is via Royal Mail Parcel Force or the Express Dispatch (overnight delivery).
- Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday each week (UK bank holidays excluded). Special deliveries can be arranged for Saturday - please request details.
Delivery times
Shipments via Royal Mail Parcel Force or Express Dispatch should arrive within 48 hours of despatch - please check on-line the progress of your order.

Returns with original proof of purchase
First Choice Expedition Foods offers a returns service if your goods are damaged or unsuitable. Customers can also return most unwanted items within
7 days or defective items within the stated warranty period, provided they are as originally packaged, please include all documentation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Any label product identification numbers (e.g. serial number sticky labels) must be intact and must not be defaced. Proof of purchase and your identity may be required for any refunds or exchanges.
Individual defective items may be returned for refund or exchange under manufacturer warranties.
Other items may be returned for any other reason within 7 days after the date of delivery for an exchange, credit or a full refund based on the original form of payment.
