Oat, barley and wheat flakes mixed with sultanas, coconut, papaya, banana and dates.

INGREDIENTS: Creamer (contains: vegetable fat, glucose syrup, milk protein, stabilizers: E340(ii) and E452), Oat Flakes, Flaked Pearled Barley, Wheat Flakes, Sugar, Sultanas (contain: cottonseed oil), Whole Milk Powder, Desiccated Coconut, Cream Powder, Raisins acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Vegetable Oil, Papaya (contains: sugar, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Banana (contain: coconut oil, sugar, banana flavor, honey), Dates (contains: rice flour), Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.

PREPARATION: Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add HOT or COLD water to just above line 3 (175ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
