INGREDIENTS: Rice(31%), Onions, Minced Beef (10%), Canned Tomato (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid), Carrot, Vegetable Oil, Mixed Bell Pepper, Brown Lentils (Brown Lentils, Salt), Chicken Stock, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Sugar, Herb Mix(Oregano Summer Savory, Basil Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram), Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Colour (Caramel), Salt.

PREPARATION: Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add 190ml of boiling water, stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
